Medical Reserve Corps

The Needham Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a volunteer organization committed to improving the public health and resilient of their community. The Needham MRC is part of Norfolk County-8 (NC-8) MRC. The NC-8 MRC covers 8 towns: Canton, Dedham, Milton, Needham, Norwood, Walpole, Wellesley, and Westwood. The NC-8 MRC belongs to Region 4B.

If you are interested to join Needham MRC, you need to sign up and create profile with MA Responds, which is a volunteer database used by MRC’s statewide.

Please go to www.maresponds.org and follow the instructions to apply. To choose NC-8 MRC unit, follow these steps below:

Click on Register Now >>>>> Click on Add Organizations Region Map >>>>> Click on MRC (the plus sign) >>>>> Click on Region 4B-Greater Boston >>>>> Select Norfolk County-8 MRC.

NOTE: the state requires an ink signature for a CORI check. Please print the CORI PDF and bring with your ID to Public Health Office for verification.
