Needham's CPA Project Application

The Community Preservation Committee's FY2027 Initial Eligibility Application is now available.

Applications should be submitted via email to Staff Liaison, Michelle Provencal-Jones with a copy to CPC Administrative Coordinator, Lauren Spinney, no later than November 1, 2025.  The CPC will notify applicants regarding the Committee's eligibility determination on or before December 1, 2025*. Eligible applicants will be asked to provide additional information by January 1, and will be invited to present on their proposed project during a scheduled monthly committee meeting between January - March.  Please see the documents linked below for more information about the application process and requirements.

*Note that an initial determination of eligibility does not guarantee the CPC will recommend a project for funding at Town Meeting, it is a determination that a project is an eligible use of CPA funds.

If you have questions about applying for CPA funding or require assistance to complete your application, please contact Lauren Spinney at lspinney@needhamma.gov or Michelle Provencal-Jones at mprovencal-jones@needhamma.gov.
