2022 FDA Food Code Resources

At its public meeting on August 8th, 2025, and following extended discussions at a public meeting in September and public hearing on October 17, 2025, the Needham Board of Health voted to adopt the document "Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) 2022 Food Code- and 2024 Food Code Supplement", issued by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service, and Food and Drug Administration, as the basis for regulatory compliance in the Town of Needham.
