New residents or residents who did not receive a census form should download the census form at the link below, fill it out and return to the Town Clerk's Office at 1471 Highland Avenue, Needham 02492. You may drop off the filled out census form anytime in the Town Clerk's red box at the corner of Garrity's Way and Highland Avenue.
