28 Tudor Road – Public notice is hereby given that Jeanne Schwalbach, owner, applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 3.15 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to allow the addition of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to a single-family residence. The property is located at 28 Tudor Road, Needham, MA in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom, on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
