The Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, Monday, June 27th, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom Web ID Number 845 1987 6965 (further instructions for accessing are below), regarding 173 Chestnut Street.
Public notice is hereby given that Chase Bank located at 173 Chestnut Street, has made application to the Design Review Board for a Special Permit pursuant to the Sign By-Law Section 5.5.3.1 a) Number: Seeking second sign, and Section 5.4.2.2 f) Location: Sign is closer than 15’ from a street-line, and any other applicable sections of the By-law.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection by sending an email request to elitchman@needhamma.gov in the Planning Office. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and make their views known to the Design Review Board.
