The Town of Needham invites sealed bid submissions for “On Call Elevator Maintenance.” Information and details of bidding requirements will be available beginning Thursday, May 27thth, 2021 at the DPW Administration Office, Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Ave, Needham, Massachusetts 02492, by calling (781) 455-7550, Ext. 344, or online at http://needhamma.gov.
There will be a pre-bid conference on Zoom on June 3rd, 2021 at 12:00pm, with the link provided in the IFB documents.
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 10:00am, on June 11th, 2021 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline on June 11th, 2021 at 10:30am on Zoom. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities
