Currently, Pfizer is the only COVID vaccine approved for booster use. Only those who received Pfizer for their first two vaccines may receive the booster. You must have received your second dose at least six months before your booster. Please plan to wait 15-30 minutes after you receive your vaccine, as it is recommended by the CDC for all COVID vaccines. Please bring a photo ID and your vaccination card, if they are available, with you and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Pre-registration is required. If you need help registering please call Needham Public Health at 781-455-7940 and ask to speak with one of the nurses. If you leave a message, a nurse will call you back.
