(Property located at 629-661 Highland Avenue, Needham, Massachusetts). Regarding request to demolish the five existing buildings on the property and build a single two-story 50,000 square feet Medical Office Building (25,000 square feet footprint) with two levels of parking (one at-grade and one below grade) totaling two hundred and fifty (250) spaces. Please note: This hearing has been continued from the September 5, 2023 Planning Board meeting and will be further continued to the October 17, 2023 Planning Board meeting.
