Join Needham's Col. William McIntosh Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, Sunday, Sept. 17, at 3:45 p.m., on the steps of the Needham Free Public Library as we celebrate the U.S. Constitution by ringing bells with Bells Across America. This free event, open to all, coincides with bell ringing exactly at 4 p.m. all over the country.
Bring your family and friends -- and any kind of bell -- and head to the library for this brief, but fun, event!
