The Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom Web ID Number 845 1987 6965 (further instructions for accessing are below), regarding 920 Highland Ave.

Public notice is hereby given that Trader Joe’s located at 920 Highland Ave., has made application to the Design Review Board for a Special Permit pursuant to the Sign By-Law Section 5.5.3.1 Number: (Requesting one additional wall sign) and any other applicable sections of the By-law.

Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection by sending an email request to elitchman@needhamma.gov in the Planning Office. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and make their views known to the Design Review Board.
