The Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom Web ID Number 845 1987 6965 (further instructions for accessing are below), regarding 827 Highland Ave.

Public notice is hereby given that M&T Bank to be located at 827 Highland Ave., has made application to the Design Review Board for a Special Permit pursuant to the Sign By-Law Section 5.5.3.1. b) applicant is requesting a second wall sign, not designating an entrance. and any other applicable sections of the By-law.

Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection by sending an email request to elitchman@needhamma.gov in the Planning Office. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and make their views known to the Design Review Board.
