The Design Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. by Zoom Web ID Number 845 1987 6965 (further instructions for accessing are below), regarding 89 A Street.

Public notice is hereby given that Shark Ninja to be located at 89 A Street, has made application to the Design Review Board for a Special Permit pursuant to the Sign By-Law Section 5.5.3.1 and 5.5.4 Adding additional wall sign and exceeding the permitted sign area, any other applicable sections of the By-law.

Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection by sending an email request to elitchman@needhamma.gov in the Planning Office. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and make their views known to the Design Review Board.

 For the most current and accurate information regarding the remote meeting platform, please refer to the posted meeting agenda and meeting materials which will be posted on the Town Website at www.needhamma.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
