In order for the contractor to install the new water main, the Town will need to temporarily shut-off the water to the locations listed below. Residents will be without water for approximately 4 hours. The Town asks for all residents to draw sufficient water for the duration of the day before the scheduled shut-off.

Water will be turned back on as soon as possible each afternoon. The Needham Water Division recommends that each night when the water supply is returned, residents should run their cold water tap for a few minutes to ensure that any air or rust/sediment that may have entered the water service to your home has cleared. Please be sure to do this each night prior to drinking the water or doing any laundry.
