Under Governor Baker’s emergency “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law

G.L. c. 30A, S20,”, issued March 12, 2020 and in effect until termination of the emergency, meeting of public bodies may be conducted virtually provided that adequate access is provided to the public.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold this meeting as a virtual meeting on Monday, March 30, 2020 at 7:30pm.  No in-person meeting will take place at the Public Services Administration Building in the Charles River Room, Needham, MA as had been previously noticed.

Case #1 – 7:30PM        217 High Rock Street – Public notice is hereby given that Wesley and Suzanne Wildman, owners, have made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.1.2, 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit an additional garage space. The relief sought is associated with the addition of two new garages and screen-in-porch/living area to the rear of an existing single house with an attached single garage. Case #2 – 7:45PM        123 Pickering Street – J. Case #3 – 8:00PM        350 Cedar Street– ATC Watertown, LLC, applicant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.7.5, 6.7.7 (b), 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit the installation of an 80 kilowatt shared industrial diesel powered emergency generator, with a concrete pad and bollards.  The generator is to provide backup power for existing and future wireless communications tenants. The property is located at 350 Cedar Street, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District.
