The Town of Needham is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Ambulance Billing and Collection Services for up to a three-year period.  The Request for Proposals (RFP ) package will be available beginning Thursday, March 18, 2021 online at the Town’s web site www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx or by calling the Office of the Town Manager at 781-455-7500 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  The RFP package will be available until submission deadline.  Please refer to the RFP  for additional information.  Sealed proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021 to the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 1471 Highland Avenue, Needham, Massachusetts 02492.  LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
