 RTS Building Renovations

The Town of Needham is accepting sealed bids for a RTS Building Renovations. Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning December 9, 2020 at the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. – 5 P.M, or from the Town’s web site www.needhamma.gov/bids.aspx and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed filed sub-bids must be submitted no later than 2:00pm, January 7, 2021 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00pm, January 21, 2021 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. A pre-bid conference will be held on December 17, 2020 at 10:00am and 11:00am. Registration for the pre-bid is required. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.

Contract Documents may be viewed and downloaded as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file free of charge at www.accentblueprints.com. Copies may be obtained for a fee by completing an order online or by calling 978-362-8038 for each set. Completed orders may be picked up at the office of Accent Printing located at 99 Chelmsford Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 from 9am to 4pm. Copies may also be shipped to prospective bidders for an additional charge to cover handling and mailing fees. All payments for printing and shipping are nonrefundable. To be included on the project plan holder’s list and to guarantee receipt of addenda, it is recommended that interested bidders obtain the Contract Documents directly from Accent. Interested bidders will be prompted to register an email address with Accent to access the documents.
