All dogs need to be licensed by April 30^th…..

If your dog has not been licensed for 2021.

Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 140 and the Town of Needham’s General By-Laws,

Section 4.1.4 and, provides a $50 fine for unlicensed dogs.

This is the “Warning” to owners of unlicensed dogs as of April 30^th.

The unlicensed dog fine will be issued to ALL unlicensed dogs on May 15^th.

By mail, or at the Town Clerks Office 1471 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA 02492.

COST: $20 per dog IF neutered or spayed. $25 per dog – not neutered or spayed.

Kennels: 1-4 dogs - $50 5-10 dogs - $75 Over 10 dogs - $150
