1458 Great Plain Avenue – Public notice is hereby given that Tobin Beaudet Schools, Inc., applicant, applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit Amendment under Sections 5.1.1.5, 5.1.4, 5.1.3 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to waive strict adherence to the number of parking spaces required and parking plan and design requirements.  This request is associated with the increase of children at 1458 Great Plain Avenue who are temporarily relocated because of a six-to-nine-month construction project at 72 School Street. The property is located at 1458 Great Plain Avenue, Needham, MA in the Single Residence B (SR-B) District. A hybrid public hearing will be held in person in the Charles River Room, Public Services Administration Building, 500 Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA, on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.
