1584 Great Plain Ave - Public notice is hereby given that Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Boston LLC, has applied to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.6, 1.4.10, 5.1, 5.1.1.1, 5.1.1.5, 5.1.1.7, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 6.4 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit the replacement/substitution of a non-conforming use (automobile repair garage) to an automobile rental agency with associated improvements to the parking lot and building; and to waive the parking plan and design requirements. The property is located at 1584 Great Plain Avenue, Needham, MA in the Single Residence A (SRA) District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
