20 Coolidge Avenue - Public notice is hereby given that Rachel Bright, applicant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 4.2, 4.2.1, 7.5.2 and any other applicable Sections of the Zoning By-Law to allow a second-story addition exceeding the maximum FAR to a legally non-conforming lot. The property is located at 20 Coolidge Avenue, Needham, MA in the Single Residence B zoning district. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 7:45 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
