460 Central Avenue - Public notice is hereby given that Needham Enterprises, LLC, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Variance Amendment under Sections 3.2.1, 7.5.3 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to allow the Plan Substitution and/or further relief pursuant to a ZBA Variance, 460 Central Avenue, July 9, 1963 authorizing use of the Premises for two-family purposes; and any and all other relief necessary to permit the demolition of the existing two-family dwelling and replace it with a new two-family dwelling. The property is located at 460 Central Avenue, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District. Upon said notice, a public hearing will be held remotely on Zoom Meeting ID Number 869-6475-7241, on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. at which time all persons interested may attend and be heard.
