*Barre incorporates the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. It is a structured, easy-to-follow total body workout. This low impact workout combines light weights (optional) and is set to music that makes you want to move. You will need a chair, mat, optional light weights. Please read the risk statement below.
