Enrollment Information

If you are a new employee, you have 30 days from your date of employment to enroll in the health, dental, life, flex spending accounts. Please visit the non-medicare open enrollment page for insurance information, rate, applications and eligibility notices. Benefits will be discussed with you during your new hire meeting with Human Resources Department prior to employment.

If you do not enroll during this period, your next opportunity will be during the annual open enrollment period for plans:
