ON-LINE PERMITTING NOW AVAILABLE!

As of Wednesday March 18, 2020,  the Building Department has moved to an on-line permitting system. Please check it out at:

Credit card payments starting August 1, 2020. You can choose from the following payment options:

     1.  Mail your check to us, complete with Permit Number and Property Address:

          Needham Building Department/Needham Department of Public Works (as applicable)

     2.  Drop off your check in the lockbox located at 500 Dedham Ave, or 1471 Highland Ave (Town Hall)

3. Pay by Credit Card or eCheck,  Credit card service fees will apply. No service fees for eCheck

During the application process, if an applicant is unable to find an address in ViewPointCloud, please submit the Request an Address Add form here. Please call 781-455-7550, for assistance.
